That would require actual passion for Star Wars, which I don't have.

I get that you don't like it, and that's fine, I don't have a personal stake in it.
It is interesting to me given that you like shows that are heavily influenced by it - like Archer and Better Off Ted - through both the actors they cast and the writing styles they use.
But consistency is over-rated, so it's not that important. And it's less of a mystery to me than food-touching.
