so will the Iraqi government's ban on the groups such as the Sons of Iraq, reduce the security in Iraq that the

republican party is using to question obama's judgement?

It would seem that telling nearly 100,000 fighters who have been acting as a paid security force (paid by the US military) to stand down, and that many of them will be arrested (according to the npr story, the army is paying them to stay at home, and using its own forces to protect the leaders from being arrested by the Iraqi government forces) would be a blow to the security situation in Iraqi.
