Good thing I'm not in Vegas since I'm trying to diet just now - but if we go this next Spring - I definitely want to check this out!!!

I wonder if their food options are there 100% for each meal? In other words - can you get breakfast stuff at dinner time? Pete - find out - 'cause I for SURE want to try their breakfast Shrimp & Grits - and I'd be bummed if we went for lunch or dinner and they didn't have them available.
I'm so jealous you get to go there next week!
