Walking back from the train station, pedestrians have crosswalk right-of-way at an intersection but a minivan just flew on threw as a guy starting to walk into the intersection, so the pedestrian smacked the car.

A few seconds later, I hear yelling as the car driver or passenger, now down the side streets, is yelling back "Motherfucker! This is Chicago, motherfucker!" (Whatever that means)

At the next crosswalk, I almost got run over by this van flying by me as it chased down the pedestrian to curse him out some more.
