Tell them that you are a CPA who regularly bills XXX$$$ per hour, since they blown it several times they have cost you several hours which you can not

recoup. then ask them who the registered owners are and what their legal address is so you can file a small claims court suit to recover your lost investment in their coupon and your lost time.
I would go so far as to have the suit served and not only put their feet to the fire, believe me they WILL settle, but name the coupon folks too just to annoy them.
