I don't have the breakdown of those direct cuts yet, but believe that's what O'Donnell is talking about in the link -- that part of that 917 that impacts defense.

Those are direct cuts, part of the bill, nothing to do with success or failure of a the bipartisan panel, nothing to do with triggers.
