Ironically, they have already sent me a customer satisfaction survey. Yeah, my responses are not going to be pleasant
Appointment Friday was 8 to 10am, they showed up at noon. Then they said I was schedule for the drain line camera scope from 10 to 2 on saturday, except when I called around 1, they informed me I wasn't scheduled. Then when waiting for the manager to talk to me, they sent me an email confirming an appointment for today from 10 to 1, which I never agrees to. I was the. Assured by the manager that they would be here between 6 to 8 tonight ( the time I agreed to) and yet I bet they don't show up before 10.
Trying to decide if it gets to 10, if I call their office and make them reschedule, cause ridiculous doesn't even describe this.
