I woke up during surgery when I was 15. I listened to them for a few seconds then put my hands up and tried to pull out my et tube. I didn't feel pain

but I felt so hot it was unbelieveable. I heard the anesthiologist say "shit, she's awake" as he pumped something into my IV. Later on, it turned out I had some kind of wild reaction to some kind of anesthesia they gave me. My temp went over 105 during the surgery and my blood pressure went way up. The doctor told my mom I had some kind of rare reaction to the type of anesthesia they used and if I'd been an adult, I would have likely stroked out on the table. I'm still not sure what it was, but whenever I've had surgery (like 6 times!) when the anesthiologist comes into talk before surgery, I always tell them about that incident. They always nod and say oh yes, I know what does that, we won't give it to you. So evidently there's like one thing that causes it.
