when i had the line cleaned in february, under the warranty, the guy said he thought the backage was due to tree roots (of which he got a few). and told the warranty people that.
i got a coupon for this cleaning and camera scope from a different company, which i used.
so yes, i will contact them, and i have no idea what their response will be.
