a big store closes, a year or two later someone else moves in and EVERY f'n time they redo the parking lot and cut down every tree that is just about be an actual tree that could actually shade a freakin car, no they cut them all down and replace with shrubby little things, I swear the landscape designer must depend on the nursery co kickbacks
