The first is like a gas mask but instead of fresh air you keep breathing in the smoke from the weed.

I think they're made special so you can do that. I've seen them in stores but never used one.
The second is just like a binder clip that you use to hold the roach or end of a joint/blunt so you don't burn your fingers.
The last is another smoking device, like a pipe. I believe it's mainly used in the middle east.
