B2: Znu pretty much had it =IF(OR(B1="up006",AND((B1="up260"),(C1>12))),1,0) Got that to work by trial and error

Znu's version seemed to be short of parenthesis at the AND function

In your defense, I used Excel's insert function prompt and came up with the syntax for each logical test and then pasted those into the dialog
