Based on the amount of coverage it is getting in the press,
and based on the Democrats long history of being Pro-Union,
it surprises me that he has not come out publicly and supported the Teachers. I suggested he's avoiding the issue for political reasons. ST is suggesting that it's not his place to worry or comment on local issues.
