Recipe Review: Mediterranean Roast Turkey: A

I could not stop eating it last night.

I doubled the garlic and the Mediterranean seasoning (couldn't find Greek seasoning) because the reviews said it was bland with the suggest amount. It came out with great flavor. I might use a bit more broth next time to keep it a little moister, but totally delicious (can't wait for lunch!)
