Good idea. My cousin makes his own since he lives in Thailand and can't even get bad bagels.

He says they're not as good because of the water he has to use but it's better than nothing. :-) I imagine if you do it right and make them on the premises you could make a very good bagel and would likely be very popular.
I always wanted to work in a bagel store and learn the process. Looks simple enough.
