I know, and I agree with you that this is the wrong time of year to be doing this. if anything the soldiers should be auxilery forest fire fighters

and be deployed to the interrior dept. all summer or as long as needed in the west. Idaho still has a lot of fires going and could use an extra batallion or 2 of help
