The lands will be in demand for a long long time, but they won't dip much below $10 if at all.

There's a few other chase rares that I can see hanging around $10 if they work in the new Standard formats (LOLTroll) and there's a couple Legacy hits there I'm sure (hai Abrupt Decay) that will still be worth a lot (holy shit, Star City's price is now $20 on that one). Half of the mythics will be chase cards too, those will hold value.
Bottom line, don't trade for anything/buy singles unless it's super cheap and you think it might rise. It's going to fall as more and more product is opened and drafted over the next three months.
