but Obama didn't explain what the advisory board is supposed to do. It's my understanding that they advise on operational NOT medical issues.

About the only thing I agreed with Romney during the debate however is medicare reimbursement. The government is simply going to refuse to pay higher rates without really any reason behind it other than...they can. That's going to cause a lot of problems.
