That's pretty much what I thought, I was just wondering since no raise ould pretty much mean you make less money in a year if cost of living increased

We got the news for our raise and we get a small cost of living increase. The thing is it's really not standard in our industry where people start low and don't stay for very long usually, they try to keep the people they have since it's easy to get better when you change job.

Also the reason is bullshit, they're saying our department is not the money maker of the company, but it's never treated as a different entity except whnen it fits their needs. Plus it's not our job to make money, it's theirs, they're the one failing with bad policies, and we're paying for it.

People are not happy in the last 2 days.
