I want a salary cap, so there's no reason not to blame me. But it's not a loophole, it's the rules. Should they not do everything they can to win?

They don't break the rules. They're not the only team that spends a lot. But they're the only team that gets the hate. They make huge profits. I'd be pissed if they didn't spend so much.
