They won't raise payroll by the $20M+ it will cost for Hamilton.

I mention 2B because they need someone if Roberts can't return, and I don't think he'll be able to return.
I agree they need a LF. I just think that if they do anything it will be bringing back McLouth and have him and Reimold (and maybe Hoes) battle it out in the spring. Until Reimold is hurt again, giving the job to McLouth.
Duquette is said to want to add high OBP guys. So an inexpensive OF who can play left with a good OBP is probably the best bet for a signing, if they don't bring back McLouth.
As for starters, it depends on how much they believe Chen, Hammel, and Gonzalez can repeat what they did this year. They also have Tillman, Saunders (maybe, I don't know his contract situation), Wada (an unknown at this point), and Britton. I'm not sure they spend a lot to bring in a TOR guy when the starters are what kept the O's in that series.
