I understand the downside to doing things like this and I don't like it.

But the paper does it for everyone charged with a crime and I was saying that this is no different.
I would be pissed if I wasn't guilty and my name was printed in the paper or shown on TV and made me look like a criminal. But this is all public info and they have the right to print the names.
