Too early to tell. The Daily Mail is the first to report on it and... well, it's the Daily Mail.

But 16 years with no global warming doesn't square with all the scary graphs using data up to 2011 or with other things like the melting of the Arctic ice sheet, etc... I'll be interested to see how much attention the story gets over the coming days/weeks
