Mainly because we get a lot of the older kids who just stick their bags out and expect candy (while not being dressed up, and being old enough to go work and buy their own candy).

i would (seriously) put out a sign on my lawn that says "No Costume, No Candy".

I really don't trust the kids around here. The development has enough problems with them (sheriffs are called frequently).

jz's mom was here this weekend and told us that in her town, only kids under 12 can trick or treat to keep that from happening.
