OAE: I agree that removing cruft is great. But at 1AM, when I have to work my day job the next day, huge code changes introduce many variables that could cause the site to crash. So it's a bad idea. :)
Kilbo: I tried to keep a log of minor changes, but ... erph. Nothing central. Sometimes I update the SlackerTalk page on my blog, it has a list of features (some of which indicated by dates).
