i want to unplug (literally, take the plug out of the wall) our tv for a week. i am so far not winning that battle.

but i instigate 'no tv' nights about once a week. just - do something else. anything. it usually involves sitting on the couch reading, maybe a glass of wine. usually a real dinner at a real table. it's great.
