We both have a buddy who is a contractor at IBM, who hooked us up via e-mail. He told me what they wanted to know about and how the tone of the interview was. Even gave me a list of the behavourial questions they asked him. I feel much more prepared now! And don't worry, they are hiring for an 8 or 9 person team, so it's not like we're competing directly. We're hoping to both get in there.
