oh, for the stuffed squash, you'd definitely want to roast. i'm definitely making this soon.

but if i need a quick side, i'll nuke 'em. also a quick way to cook if you want to make squash soup (although, even then i usually microwave for about 7 minutes and then broil for a couple minutes to get a slightly richer taste.)
