I don't think Carrie's gonna be able to vote this year. It hit us on Friday that she would be travelling on Election Day...

which was too late to get an absentee ballot. To vote absentee now, she has to do it today, before 5pm...about 45 minutes from our house. When, oh by the way, she has conference calls pretty much all day.
We totally should have caught it prior, but her travel has become such a part of our lives now, we don't even think about it really.
Her Obama vote won't matter in our little red state...but her McCaskill vote might have. DOH!
Course, there's still a slight chance she'll be able to get away...but 90 minutes driving plus the time to vote she may not be able to squeeze in.
