Maryland's is to allow table games, build another casino and basically keep some money in Maryland that's going to WV/PA/DE.

if I voted, I'd vote to build the stuff becuase that's money that can stay in the state to be used for something.
The entire argument against is Penn National's desire to protect CharlesTown, WV's table games by saying the money will not cause education spending to increase. Of course, the reason is right now, we spend (500mil) on education. This would get ($100mil) for education that would then permit the state to only spend (400mil) of existing money on education to maintain the same level of spend. ($100mil) then is freed up to spend elsewhere.
But I'm still heading to WV becuase it's closer.
