The aspect of tomorrow's election that has me fascinated is...

Republicans did everything they could to prevent Romney from winning the nomination. Voters sent every mixed signal they could that they were desperate for anybody in the Republican Party to prove their worth instead of him. Plans were implemented to force a brokered convention in order to accomplish this goal.

Romney garnered the nomination anyway.

Now, Democrats rail against him for his willingness to shed his skin and espouse new viewpoints whenever his prior positions prove unpopular. His potential presidency is projected to be primarily a series of corpocracy-predicated putterings.

Nobody on either side wants this guy as president and yet here we stand with him a Seattle over Green Bay scenario away from being the leader of the country.
