those that don't have insurance, live in under served areas or just plain don't have access to a decent hospital or gynecologist.

If women have decreased access to birth control, then pregnancies go up. If pregnant women have decreased access to prenatal care, then miscarriages and other birth related fatalities go up.

Remember cutting healthcare in general and specifically for women is a goal of the GOP.
