It is an acronym I forget at the moment. Basically, it isn't a calcified blockage like in older folks.

Doc described it as more of a honeycomb type obstruction, and that in 95% of younger people with this problem, this thing tends to be the cause. Apparently once they fix it, it tends to respond well to repeated MRA treatments to prevent it from recurring.
Until they found this, they were totally stumped as to the cause of her HBP.
