Gallup's final poll was odd. It had Romney by a point but Obama with a 52% approval rating.

He has only reached 52+ 14 times in Roughly 200 polls since the start of 2011. 54 was his high.

The Romney strategists on POTUS were hopeful he would Obama would be at 46-48% on election day.
