The scanners are broken at my polling site. I was told the ballots would be scanned after it's fixed. I'm not happy.

If there's an error on a ballot the machine is supposed to reject the ballot, give you an error message about what the problem is with your ballot and then you get to fill out a new one. If they're not scanning ballots until after the people have left, what happens if there's an error? Votes won't get counted.
I asked the poll workers but they are just volunteers with minimal knowledge and experience. I made a but if a stink but no one could help answer my questions.
A woman from dnainfo.com followed me out and interviewed me about the situation.
I tweeted my council member and he's on his way there now and he alerted the B.O.E. If I was in a swing state I would not have left and waited to get answers from an election official.
