If what he says there is accurate, (I don't know), it's a constituency that seems to be at least a horse-race; not a 2:1 drubbing for the Dems.

but when one side wants to basically put the onus on the hispanics to prove they are legal as the first step; that's a pretty high bar to overcome.
If you're a legal hispanic and the laws pushed by the GOP are "Have your papers with you at all times."...that's an assault on your legal status, that is in question only becuase of your heritage.
So, one side doesn't want you at all, the other side might not agree with you on issues but at least affords you a seat at the table....
