I don't think it's that hard to explain. Particularly with all the discussion that occurred during this election cycle about eliminating deductions

and loopholes. Obama will be able to say we've eliminated deductions and loopholes for earners over $250k that will result in increased tax payments by that group of $____ billions and will not affect those earning less than $250k. I don't think it's hard to understand.
