if (campus=mandy's campus), lookup home campus, lookup tuition of home campus, compare to creditload per student per program, if nursing share nursing share to NU and AOFO share to AOFO, if not, share AOFO share to AOFO and partner revenue share to lookup partner EXPLODE HEAD.
