She kind of had to, a bunch of shit happened and Jax forced her hand.
It doesn't matter how many years Otto has added, he's been convicted of capital felony murder. He's been on death row the whole time he's been in prison. You're looking at a man who has nothing left to loose.
And get your ass in gear, watch all the ones you've missed. This season is better than the previous 4 put together.
