Hey Weight Watchers, can I ask you about this cookie recipe?

First of all, all of the WW recipes seem to have items with that green arrow next to it (mostly the eggs, but I've found some other items too). What does that arrow mean?

Have you tried these? Thoughts? A friend of mine is coming over to help us take Christmas card photos this weekend. I want to thank her with baked goods (like I do for almost everyone else) but she's on WW and I don't want to ruin it for her or give her something she can't/won't eat. Is there another recipe you'd recommend instead?
