I took hamburger out of the freezer the day before yesterday to defrost for dinner tonight. It's now defrosted - but it changed color. It went from

pinkish to brownish.

I'd say that maybe my fridge isn't cold enough, but the package of hamburger I have in there that I bought the same day (I haven't frozen it yet) is still the same color as it was the day I bought it.

Would you use the previously frozen stuff, or just take some of the fresh hamburger?
