she works for a morning tv show (bloomberg related) in New York City. Today is her birthday. She has to be at work at 4am.

Her fiance sent a limo to pick her up to take her to work today as a birthday present. He was in it. he proposed in some park on the way.

Believe me. In their world, the rules are followed. This isn't even a question.
