At the beginning of the year, we were talking about pasta sauce (jarred vs homemade). I had never made my own sauce. You guys were appalled. :)

Thank you for that. I am in love with that sauce. It's all I make now. Except for one time where I mixed a jar of Ragu in with some of the homemade stuff (I needed to use it up or else it was going to expire), I have been making my own sauce since. I LOVE it.
(I have a crock pot full of it right now. I freeze the extra.)
