There is a problem with that, if I remember correctly, in that if the Feds setup and run the state exchange

Then people in that state wouldn't be able to get the tax credits offered to offset the cost. Because the language if the bill says something about the credits are for state exchange users
But maybe someone revised that analysis now and this won't be a problem.
