so, i stopped at the fancy grocery store on my way home. they had malpeque oysters on sale for a $1, so i bought a dozen.

i was given an oyster knife, oh, about 10 years ago, never used it.

i can only open 2 of %#$@&^% things.

oyster shucking is HARD.
