I've committed to stuffing again for the holiday potluck. I'll probably make two kinds.....

I like cornbread stuffing with things like sausage, cranberries and nuts in it, but we'll probably need something plain for the traditionalists.

Somebody's bringing a cheesy potato casserole so I suggested we wouldn't need mashed potatoes...over-ruled. So I'll be making mashed potatoes too.
