a. the bulk of their product lines are associated with 50's 60's and fat assed midwesterns, I mean wonder bread, who eats that, kids have gone to tortillas and quesadillas,

their properties are probably worth more developed into condos or industrial sites,

they will sell the brands to another biz who will bake them with contract bakers or in mexico.
