the Big Ten(12/13/14) football isn't exciting and we're not Big Ten(12/13/14) football quality.
And we just downgraded significantly in our marquee basketball program. The Big Ten plays ugly basketball. It might be successful (MichSt), but it's ugly style.
All we did was downgrade the one sport we're good at while not improving our football program one iota. In the Big Ten we're somewhere between Indiana and Illinois in football. That's not a recipe for fans giving a fuck.
Fuck the AD and the University.
