You would need a tax of 6% on that 58T to get our 3.5T budget.

that's going to be hard when you're not taxing the first 500k on people.
Add in, 6% is a lot of money to be pulled from the total wealth each year in a time of 2% economic growth.
Maybe my math is wrong, but I don't think so.
