I wouldn't be against taking a vacation day this week, but the chances of time being available this week are pretty slim. Being sick would require some amount of thought. I've taken no sick time this contract year. There is a $1500 bonus for not using any sick time (on top of the ability to sell the time back) but I would have to be there until June 1st to take advantage of that. I've been trying to determine my chances of being out of there before June 1st because in that case I should get sick a few days, but if I'm still going to be there I'd like the bonus. Right now I'm leaning towards sticking around to collect the bonus and then giving 2 weeks.
